Serve as a strategic labor consultant to local HR and core leaders experiencing labor organizing activity.
Facilitate and recommend best practice approaches to labor and caregiver relations.
Adhere to HR policies and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
Provide seasoned expertise and technical knowledge on regulatory and agency requirements.
Advise on federal and state employment laws.
Requirements
8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
Consulting experience.
Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
