Role Overview

• Lead and manage a team of engineers working on embedded firmware and digital control systems
• Manage team priorities, assign work, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering projects or managing professional employees
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate work activities, and manage performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
