Partner with sales representatives to structure deal proposals for enterprise and mid-market customers
Liaise with the sales teams to escalate and obtain necessary approvals based on non-standard requests
Review and evaluate deals for policy alignment, internal compliance, and booking accuracy aligned with Delinea Booking Policy
Analyze pricing and discounting strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability and compliance with internal guidelines
Work closely with various cross functional teams, including Order Management, Legal, Sales Ops, etc, on day-to-day operations and long-term projects driving efficiency and automation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
4+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, finance, or revenue operations role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company
Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM systems), CPQ tool, and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales processes and methodologies, pricing strategies, and contract structures
Experience in deal support management, preferably in a high-tech industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experience in optimizing deal processes and leveraging automation tools is a plus
