Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for tiered strategic accounts
Partner with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and build account plans for strategic accounts
Create personalized marketing campaigns that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeys
Design and implement multi-channel engagement strategies including digital, events, direct mail, and executive engagement working with various stakeholders and departments
Orchestrate integrated campaigns across email, social media, content, events, and advertising
Develop account-specific content and messaging that resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Manage campaign budgets and optimize investments across channels for maximum ROI
Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
Work closely with BDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success, Account Executives to align on account strategies
Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to develop compelling account-specific assets
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting
Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Leverage intent data, engagement metrics, and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging
Report on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attribution
Requirements
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies
Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
