Role Overview
Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and program managers
Drive value-based growth within the account
Expand Databricks' footprint into new business units
Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Track customer details including use case and forecasting in Salesforce
Use a solution-based approach to selling
Promote Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
Prioritize opportunities and leverage appropriate resources

Requirements
7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in larger accounts
Previous field sales experience within big data, Cloud, SaaS
Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and decision makers
The ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based benefits
