Manage overall financial operations, including cash management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audit & tax work
Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of financial operations
Engage with Board and Committee, external financial relationships, and contract management
Supervise and guide Finance Team
Maintain banking relationships and corporate insurance brokers
Offer financial direction to CEO and Board Members as needed
Participate in professional growth and maintain work hours

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
10 years + experience in all aspects of accounting & finance
3+ years in an executive or senior leadership financial position
Preferred:
Non-Profit/Healthcare Experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Unrelated Business Income Taxes (UBIT) accounting and reporting experience
Experience using Accounting Software (Sage preferred), Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Electronic Health Record software experience, Credible Software
