Verify quality and technical requirements for projects, products, and service deliveries for Westinghouse
Evaluate all suppliers as requested by the Delivery Stream Manager
Drive/Support Supplier Identification and down selection
Drive/Support completion of Supplier Audits and Technical Evaluations (as needed)
Lead Request for Quotation (RFQ) package creation
Execute Supplier Oversight Quality Assurance (QA) Technical Witness and Hold Points
Create Manufacturing and Process Plan estimates for use in design option selection or validation of cost and schedule
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Suppliers and Westinghouse Project Support Team Members
Manage execution of required Supplier QA Witness and Hold Points
Drive/Support Purchase Order (PO) Change Notices (as needed)
Ensure the Westinghouse Quality Release (QR) has been completed to support shipment
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience (experience in contract/project administration, preferably of large, complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects is preferred)
Experience preferred in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industry, or other highly regulated industries
Willingness to travel up to 20% to support emergent project issues/supplier development
