Design Lead – Enterprise Web Initiative

Role Overview

• Lead the day-to-day design execution for enterprise web initiatives
• Partner with Design Directors to translate enterprise brand vision and clients standards into scalable design solutions
• Ensure all websites maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope features, prioritize work, and resolve design challenges
• Advocate for user-centered design and usability best practices
• Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and design direction to individual contributors

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital, product, or web design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, scalable web design and execution
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and guide designers
