Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Demonstrated ability to construct component APIs that are durable, well-documented, and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
