Oversee the development of high-volume digital and print marketing assets
Manage competing priorities across creative copy and design initiatives
Ensure delivery of innovative and dynamic assets that adhere to brand guidelines and ADA compliance
Route, process and understand all aspects of the creative projects
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to manage client experience and expectations
Manage the entire job intake process
Hold creative team accountable for deadlines and deliverables
Partner with marketing product professionals and front office product experts

5-8 years’ experience
PgMP or PMP certification preferred
5+ years in project management experience
Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)
Demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative work style
Experience developing project plan, scope and timeline
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner
Multi-tasking and organization skills with ability to create and manage a process calendar
Ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks
Strategic thinking with the ability to untangle complex issues
