Responsible for developing and documenting detailed solution design
Act as an application SME through the design and development lifecycle
Lead the creation of solution options and a comprehensive end-to-end solution
Provide estimates for new projects and initiatives
Develop functional, technical and user interface designs
Consult on development of the System Requirements Specification (SRS)
Review technical deliverables throughout design and development phase
Work with Technology Project Manager and team members to define metrics and performance goals
Comply with enterprise technology delivery practices
Deliver effective solutions meeting project milestones
Conduct code reviews for quality adherence
Support knowledge management processes
Identify and address application and data issues
Provide technical support for escalated incidents/outages
Enhance knowledge and expertise in the area
