Provide support across multiple human resource functions such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, and core business processes like job changes, terminations, and leaves of absence.
Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, workflows and security.
Serve as a point of contact for Workday including navigation, transactions and reporting.
Conduct regular audits and system clean-up to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Workday modules.
Build and deliver advanced reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
Conduct data analysis on HR data such as employment, compensation, classifications, and/or benefits data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Create and maintain job aids, training videos, and user communications.
Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes and improve the user experience.
Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancement rollouts.
Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Related Field.
Typically requires 5-8 years of experience with human resources and information systems.
3+ years of Workday experience, across multiple modules required.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
Experience creating calculated fields.
Experience with EIBs and data loads.
