Conduct a full audit and evaluation of current ServiceTitan configuration, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Lead system setup and optimization, including pricebook structure, memberships, job types, business units, and workflow automation.
Oversee Marketing Pro configuration, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and automated email/SMS workflows.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and analyze ROI, revenue attribution, and customer retention metrics.
Collaborate with operations teams to improve dispatching, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs such as revenue, average ticket, technician conversion rate, CSR booking rate, and membership growth.
Ensure proper integration with accounting systems and third-party tools to maintain data accuracy and financial visibility.
Provide recommendations to leadership based on data insights and operational analysis.
Train internal teams on best practices, workflows, and system usage to ensure long-term adoption and success.
Lead post-implementation reviews to assess system performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceTitan.
Experience managing Marketing Pro campaigns and automation workflows.
Proven ability to analyze operational processes and implement system improvements.
Strong reporting and KPI analysis skills.
Experience working with accounting integrations such as QuickBooks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
