Direct and oversee the assignments, activities, and resources of a Market Sector housed within a client-facing Business Unit (BU).
Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to other Division Managers, Project Directors, and Project Managers within the Rail and Transit (R&T) Sector.
Ensures the proper execution of projects within the assigned Region.
Provides expert input for nationwide opportunities and projects.
Responsible for annual revenues between $10M-$20M.
Develop and implement strategy and encourage cross-selling.
Ensure client relations, quality control, safety, and financial performance for the assigned Sector.
Report Regional Sector progress against developed strategy no less than quarterly.
Works with the Multi Market Solutions (MMS) management teams to ensure effective delivery against company goals and priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in field of practice
Post-graduate degree preferred
Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
15+ years of experience since B.S., with at least five of these years in a senior operating management position
Excellent technical and interpersonal skills,
Proven ability to manage large scope operations and provide leadership to multiple levels of management.
Must have business vision, excellent communication skills, and be able to represent the firm effectively to staff, clients, and the community in general.
Promote high performance and consistent accountability at all levels within the Sector.
Job also requires ability to plan, prioritize and supervise the work of others, review documents and schedules, evaluate alternatives, and devise appropriate solutions.
