Lead post-sales delivery of critical solutions for Blue Planet customers, ensuring high-quality outcomes in collaboration with Professional Services teams.
Transition project delivery from Sales and manage project scope, timeline, and budget alongside Program Managers.
Provide thought leadership and resolve complex implementation challenges, offering strategic guidance on requirements and follow-ups.
Approve design and development documentation, including test strategies, plans, and scripts.
Facilitate customer workshops and design sessions, creating technical architecture specifications that drive project success.
Configure and deploy ROA products leveraging deep IP network expertise.
Mentor teams, fostering consulting and application skills while advocating best practices for Blue Planet solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in telecommunications Assurance projects and functional/technical leadership roles.
Proven consultancy and leadership skills within Professional Services organizations.
Expertise in IP/MPLS technologies (ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS Services).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, Kubernetes, Python, and database management (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse).
Deployment experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and monitoring tools like Nagios and Grafana.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
