support the North America Pre-Boarding compliance procedures
guide employees through the I-9 process
review forms for accuracy
assist in resolving discrepancies related to I-9 and E-Verify
work collaboratively with Human Resource Business Partners
conduct completion of I-9s Forms for new hires and reverification of existing employees
verify employment eligibility documents for legitimacy
conduct video calls with employees to verify I-9 documentation
enter document information into Form I-9 Section 2 and Supplemental B
communicate with employees and HR Business Partners to resolve discrepancies
demonstrate expertise in Form I-9 documentation policies
stay up to date on immigration and employment eligibility laws
provide guidance to employees on the I-9 process
review completed Form I-9 for accuracy and completeness
coordinate projects related to compliance initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; business or legal
Two years of customer service-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of experience related to processing Form I-9s & E-Verify
Experience working with an HRIS system such as SuccessFactors/SAP or Workday
Familiarity with immigration Form I-9 paperwork
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience analyzing documents, resolving issues, and making decisions
Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with data entry
Experience with Microsoft Office
