Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Strong background in ML, statistical modeling, deep learning, and causal inference
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent frameworks
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed cloud platforms
Ability to design and scale complex ML pipelines in production
Passion for pushing boundaries, evidenced by patents or unique applications
Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and set technical standards
