About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage and deliver complex projects by translating requirements into scalable, maintainable code and ensuring timely completion.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes through automation and scripting.
- Mentor and guide small engineering teams, providing technical direction and documentation.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and security.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Proven experience in software design and development using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and ability to contribute to iterative project cycles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Experience with CI/CD automation and telemetry implementation to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, project management, and user experience.
- Skilled in preparing requirement traceability matrices and creating user stories aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and adherence to security and quality standards.
