Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivity
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments and customers to ensure that all goals are aligned and met
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Requirements
An education at the bachelor’s level or higher in both engineering and business management is preferred.
5+ years of experience in operations/general management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 8-10+ employees, ideally in an engineering or field services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial
Experience working with customers and building relationships
Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business
Self-starter

Strong change management skills
