To provide occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
To aid in the development of adoptive skills and performance capacities by individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairment.
To maximize independence and to prevent further disability, as well as to maintain health.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
To ensure that occupational therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations in order to demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Agency.
Requirements
You must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy in the state in which practicing.
