Provide senior-level technical leadership and project management for complex roadway and surface transportation projects
Oversee end-to-end delivery of major roadway projects, ensuring successful management of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
Identify and pursue new transportation opportunities with various public-sector clients
Build relationships with public agencies, teaming partners, and stakeholders across the region
Partner with regional and sector leadership to align business development initiatives with broader transportation growth strategy
Lead and support proposals, interviews, and client presentations showcasing technical excellence
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers and project managers

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain
10+ years of experience delivering roadway and highway projects
Experience working with Caltrans, MTC, BATA, county transportation authorities, and Bay Area municipalities strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Caltrans design standards, Highway Design Manual (HDM), Standard Plans and Specifications, and project development procedures
Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods preferred
