Identify issues and solutions on LTD claims that require follow-up

Review long term disability claims to identify non-litigated settlement opportunities
Contact plan members to make a settlement offer
Prepare all supporting paperwork for successful settlements
Build engaging presentations and promote the settlement strategy with plan sponsors
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with DCMs and RCs

Minimum 5 years disability management experience
Expert knowledge of disability case management strategies
Sound understanding of client financial arrangements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
