Support end-to-end analysis of current-state investment operations processes, identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
Assist in the design and documentation of future-state process flows aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
Translate business requirements into well-documented enablement needs and functional specifications
Support identification and use of low-code / no-code platforms, workflow tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency
Partner with stakeholders across various business lines on testing, validation, etc.
Support change management efforts by preparing process documentation, training materials, and adoption tools
Maintain standards and best practices for process documentation and governance
Identify continuous-improvement opportunities as processes and platforms evolve
Requirements
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, and/or operations transformation
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools
Experience with low-code / no-code platforms
Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows
Experience supporting technology-enabled process change initiatives
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
