Engage with clients to explain the importance of estate planning and help determine the best package for their needs.
Utilize estate planning software to generate accurate documents based on client input.
Assist clients with intake forms, final documentization, and promptly address any questions.
Support clients in coordinating asset transfers and ensure proper trust funding.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and timely follow-ups.
Confidently discuss the estate planning process with clients, overcome objections, and clearly communicate the value of completing their estate plans.

3+ years of experience in estate planning or estate & elder law.
Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
Proficiency with estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Estate Guru, Decision Vault, LawPay).
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently while maintaining a high level of organization.
Experience in addressing client objections and articulating the benefits of professional services.
