5+ years working in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Product roles.
Direct experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
Familiarity with generative AI (LLMs, RAG, tool use, evaluation) and/or agent-based systems.
Solid understanding of model evaluation and how data quality impacts outcomes.
Experience working with business stakeholders or senior leadership.
Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly without oversimplifying.
Strong communication presence and ability to manage group discussions.
Nice to Have:
Experience leading AI initiatives inside an organization.
Exposure to vendor evaluation or build-vs-buy decisions.
A background that spans both technical and business responsibility.
Previous mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience.
