Serve as the first responder for IT support requests via ticketing systems, Slack, and email, triaging and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networking, and access.
Configure and manage SSO (Single Sign-On), MDM (Mobile Device Management), and identity platforms.
Administer and support Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/365, and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Linear.
Manage endpoint monitoring and patching using NinjaOne; ensure devices are secure, compliant, and up to date.
Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes: provisioning accounts, hardware setup, access permissions, and asset recovery.
Provide basic support and access management for cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks.
Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline repetitive IT tasks such as user provisioning, log collection, system health checks, and reporting.
Use GitHub (git) for version control of IT scripts, configuration files, and infrastructure-as-code artifacts; participate in code reviews and follow team branching strategies.
Maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and the internal knowledge base to enable self-service and reduce ticket volume.
Assist with IT security initiatives including access reviews, MFA enforcement, and compliance-related tasks.
Track and manage hardware and software asset inventory.
Partner with DevOps, Security, and People teams to support company growth and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or AWS Cloud Practitioner are valued.
0–2 years of professional IT support experience.
Demonstrable Python and Bash scripting ability (personal projects, coursework, or professional experience).
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows.
Understand how to use command line on Linux and MacOS
