Senior Software Asset Management Consultant

Role Overview

• Support the SAM Practice Leader in delivering services to global clients
• Lead/Collaborate with other Regeneron SAM team members to ensure consistency of delivery
• Provides point of contact for solutions and related questions
• Facilitates Unisys standard processes for ITIL core functions such as Software Asset Management
• Ensures contractual service support requirements are understood and managed
• Presents operational and service level reports
• Compiles, analyzes and reports statistical data and trends
• Provides training and mentoring for functional teams
• Conducts workshops to identify, assess and address process deficiencies
• Reviews trend analysis to conduct Proactive Problem Management
• Works closely with Service Delivery Managers to monitor SLA performance

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with major publisher licensing terms and conditions
