As an Engineering Director, you will be leading a team of talented, passionate engineers and managers to build the future of digital contracting. You will be responsible for both defining and achieving the success of your team.
Manage and grow your engineering team
this involves deeply understanding your team’s dynamics, micro culture and roadmap needs.
Foster a culture of technical excellence
this involves having input and a pulse on the tradeoffs your team is making on a day to day basis and helping your team deliver high quality products that work at scale against tight timelines.
Develop and deliver on an impactful roadmap
this involves partnering with the product manager, designers, managing cross-team dependencies, setting the vision for your team, ensuring every team member is bought in and is on the same page with respect to the “why”. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity Fix what’s broken
Leaders at Ironclad speak up about things that are broken and contribute to organizational solutions and process changes.
