Provide all design engineering drawings and documents related to customer orders
Support manufacturing efforts and provide customer support on all products
Oversee preparation of technical documents for order placements, manufacturing/assembly operations
Prepare design direction and clarification to other Engineering personnel
Seek and resolve all customer technical questions as required
Write test scripts for testing uninterruptible supply systems and batteries in power lab
Develop product BOMs and design drawings to support customer technical requirements
Coordinate design with production, purchasing, quality personnel
Act as project leader for all design, test, and prototype programs
Travel to customers site and/or trade shows to provide product support as required

Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a design engineering capacity
Intermediate knowledge of power electronics and power and energy systems
Experience with performing measurement, testing, and troubleshooting of high-power equipment
Experience with reading, understanding and creating technical drawings
Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office products, CAD and engineering analysis software.
