Agents can potentially earn over 100k in their first year, and we support your success through company paid licensing and comprehensive product and sales training!
You demonstrate your success as a top performer with a strong work ethic and swiftly establish rapport with clients and address objections.
You are on a fast track to achieve monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and adopting a consultative approach.
You take action in building product knowledge to build success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
