- Prioritize requests to achieve best results and meet goals
Requirements
- Guidewire application expertise and certifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge and experience
- Business and technical analysis and requirement gathering experience
- AI tools and modeling experience
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with experience of working under pressure with precision and accuracy
- Ability to apply critical thinking and cope with rapidly changing priorities and a continual backlog of work
