Role Overview
- Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs
- Conduct compensation analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and problem-solving
- Assist with the annual year-end process
- Administer reward and recognition programs
- Provide strategic advice to HR and management on compensation decisions
- Oversee collection and reporting of compensation data
- Conduct market research for compensation strategy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years experience in compensation analysis
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex analytical work
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Skills in Compensation Modeling, Compensation Programs, Customer Service, Project Management Essentials, Incentive Plans, Labor and Employment Law
