Finance Master Data Lead

Role Overview

• Provide supervision and leadership in the development and maintenance of complex financial systems.
• Manage and consult with multiple financial system team leads.
• Provide leadership in the management of routine maintenance requests and functional configuration.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial system conversions.
• Maintain policies, procedures and internal controls for Sarbanes Oxley.
• Lead maintenance and administration of key financial reports.
• Oversee development, testing and implementation of frameworks for analyzing operating results.
• Lead governance, change management and maintenance of financial reporting hierarchies.
• Participate and lead system analysts in Project Management Teams.
• Lead implementation of special projects, enhancements and defect fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent education and related training.
• Ten years or equivalent experience in financial systems, preferably in the banking industry.
• Eight years management and/or supervisory experience.
• Exceptional verbal presentation, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to reassess priorities and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
• Proven ability to develop or enhance and lead cross-functional teams.
