- Create and maintain detailed systems documentation

- Provide assessments and reports on system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of experience in development or application support, or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge in information systems
- Understanding of key business processes related to the IT function
- Ability to plan and manage projects
- Ability to solve complex problems by applying best practices
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
- Ability to interpret and convey complex information
- Six years of experience preferred, or equivalent experience in banking or financial services
