Role Overview
- Deliver and support Enterprise Storage solutions using NetApp storage, Brocade SAN, and Cisco UCS
- Support the delivery and sustainment of enterprise storage services and solutions
- Continuously monitor network, server, and storage utilization
- Forecast future resource needs
- Tune servers, networks, and applications to maximize efficiency
- Design and implement scalable IT solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues
- Manage and configure physical and virtual servers, data storage, and network devices
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems
- Provide assessments and reports on system performance
Requirements
- Four year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven to ten years of experience in system design/architecture
- Extensive knowledge and recent work experience in troubleshooting, implementing and supporting enterprise storage, SAN, storage management and security related technologies and platforms
- 1-2 + Years' experience AWS cloud services, automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage and SAN, complex design, implementation and troubleshooting analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working effectively with engineering, operations, business teams, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
