Reporting to the Director of the Infrastructure and Climate Change Adaptation division at the FQM, you will plan, organize and oversee various activities related to municipal asset management
Develop, structure and produce intervention plans and strategic planning tools to support the prioritization and optimization of municipal investments
Prepare and update intervention plans for sewer, water supply and road networks, including Local Road Infrastructure Intervention Plans (PIIRL)
Develop water infrastructure asset management plans (PGA-eau)
Coordinate and carry out all activities related to updating databases and ensure their quality
Prepare capital planning/programming for municipal infrastructure
Plan and manage tenders and procurement processes related to asset management
Other duties related to the role and your area of expertise.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, water engineering, construction engineering or building engineering
Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)
Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in asset management
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Team player
Strong oral and written communication skills
Results-oriented, with a focus on customer service and maintaining service quality
