Manager, Physician Practice – Orthopedic & Spine

Role Overview

• Responsible for the operations and management of the unit/service assigned
• Facilitate quality patient care throughout the organization
• Support and promote the vision, mission, and strategic plans of SJHHC
• Monitor unit activities for compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in an appropriate discipline
• 3 to 5 years progressive experience in the field
• Advanced degree is a plus/requirement
• AAS degree in an appropriate discipline with 6+ years progressive experience will be considered
• Certification/licensure as required by regulatory agency
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Experience with capital expenditure and budgeting preferred
