Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Monitoring all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads
• Update, times and location in TMW
• Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement
• Respond to email
• Provide prompt and professional response to client’s requests for additional information through written and verbal communication
• Work closely with operations team to monitoring loads
• Maintain a thirst for growth and challenge that will result in career growth and advancement
• Act as the right hand of Keller to our customers and Carriers

Requirements

• HS diploma, College degree preferred
• Problem solving skills
• Proven results in building relationships with carriers
