Retail Sales Floor Associate – Full Time

Role Overview

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support customers on the sales floor and at checkout as needed
• Operate the POS register accurately (training provided)
• Promote Goodwill’s “Change Round Up” program
• Stock shelves and maintain organized merchandise displays
• Return items to the sales floor and assist with product rotation
• Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal displays
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized
• Contribute to overall store safety and team goals

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math and register skills (training provided)
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to a safe, drug-free workplace
• Previous retail, cashier, or stocking experience is helpful but not required.
