Represent ACNB Bank at local events and organizations, strengthening the bank’s presence and cultivating long-term relationships.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure each interaction reflects our standard of Service Excellence.
Manage branch operations including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls with precision and integrity.
Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
Familiarity with the downtown Frederick market.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences.
Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship-based selling.
Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems; embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of currency/coin as needed.
