Identify issues and solutions on LTD claims that require follow-up within the disability operations
Consistently build strong working relationships with members of our legal services department, disability claims operations, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders
Contribute to the ongoing business retention and growth by building strong working relationships with our customers
Contribute to a dynamic work environment by identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes to meet service excellence
Coach and mentor other team members within the team as opportunities arise
Review long term disability claims to identify non-litigated settlement opportunities
Prepare all supporting paperwork (offer letters, legal releases, etc…) to complete successful settlements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years disability management experience
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required for Quebec
Expert knowledge of disability case management strategies
Sound understanding of client financial arrangements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills
