Role Overview
- Independently designing, developing, and testing complex software programs and systems
- Collaborating with team members to solve problems, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, refine, and implement features and enhancements
- Leading small teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Participating in architectural discussions and decisions
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of database systems
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process
