About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Oracle Cloud HCM applications, providing guidance and support to project team.
Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Establish and execute project plans to implement Oracle Cloud software.
Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions and drive completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW.
Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet.
Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.
5 to 10 years’ experience in project management.
Must have a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits or/and Time & Labor modules implementation methodology.
Full life cycle hands-on Project Management of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Experience managing project activities for a team of consultants and implementation specialists.
Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferred.
Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions.
Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
Previous experience in software implementation consulting with Oracle HCM applications.
