Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Establish and execute project plans to implement Oracle Cloud software.
Work with COE Leads to establish staffing and adjust as needed.
Manage project risks, actions, issues and decisions.
Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet.
Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.
5 to 10 years’ experience in project management.
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
Full life cycle hands-on Project Management of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Experience managing project activities for a team of consultants.
Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
