Role Overview
- Design and develop Netflix Conversion APIs for Measurement, Optimization, Retargeting, and Reporting capabilities
- Build high-volume, low-latency services for near-real-time ingestion of user engagement events
- Collaborate within a skilled team dedicated to ads technology and user privacy
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in building server-to-server, batch and pixel Conversion APIs
- Expertise in leveraging conversion events for retargeting and outcome-based optimization
- Practical experience with streaming event architectures and related technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink)
- Strong understanding of the ad technology and advertising landscape
- Familiarity with global ads regulations, privacy, consent, and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
