Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to identify healthy accounts ready for expansion.
Design, launch, and manage MariaDB’s inaugural CAB program to foster deep partnerships with our most strategic customers.
Facilitate sessions between customer executives and MariaDB leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably within the enterprise database or IT infrastructure space.
Proven track record of developing core messaging and content that generates customer engagement and improves sales effectiveness.
Ability to design marketing programs that contribute to expansion pipeline and customer retention.
Sufficient understanding of database technologies.
