About this role
Role Overview
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle for technology service items; define ROI for enhancements
- Track delivery across multiple concurrent projects; remove impediments; ensure capacity, tooling, and skills are in place
- Drive adherence to SLAs/OLAs and operational KPIs; evolve processes, dashboards, and rhythms to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Help shape and support the operating model for Hosting services
- Manage any IT vendors and coordinate with the global team on standards, initiatives and customer escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Hosting Services
- Must have significant experience in Digital Technology Hosting Services
