Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Job Family / Function(s)
Min. 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with the ability to lead programs / projects post delivery with strong warranty expertise
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established SME in Gas & Steam Turbine project management
