Manage Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) department within office location(s) and lead preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of VDC project deliverables.
Manage VDC department, office, and/or project budget, including forecasting and actuals for third-party resources.
Develop workforce plans for staff resources including acquiring, hiring, capacity planning, and work assignments.
Oversee VDC staff resources and identify appropriate training to help with employee development needs.
Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition team to define staffing requirements and develop talent pipeline.
Draft and approve VDC action plans and schedules to align with project goals and RFP requirements.
Support Business Development teams to contribute content that highlights VDC capabilities.
Standardize VDC project workflows and track lessons learned.
