Work closely with a team that supports and enhances NetApp's Customer Support Digital applications and systems.
Complete a short-term project during your internship building agentic AI solutions for customer support managers.
Be paired with a mentor who will guide and assist you throughout the duration of the internship.

Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.

Strong aptitude for learning AI technologies and understanding how to utilize these in a customer-facing environment.

Working Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Working knowledge of one or more programming languages like Python, Java, React.js etc.
Knowledge and application of concepts important to Machine Learning Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Open AI, LLMs (Open Source) etc.
Participate in technical discussions within the team and across cross-functional teams.
Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department and company goals.
